In a Natural Light

This was my first solo book and focuses on my paintings of British birds. Many of the pictures are of common species seen in the countryside around my home in the Scottish Borders.

Each painting is given a double page spread and is accompanied by a light-hearted but informative commentary describing the inspirational background to the picture and details of the creative processes involved in painting it.
