Due to popular demand I have just published this new giclée print of a well liked, recent painting. The birds are sanderlings and the location; the sands of Lindisfarne Island. I sketched this small group through a telescope, from some distance as they busied themselves feeding. Scurrying along the water’s edge, these diminutive waders seemed dwarfed by the foaming waves of the advancing tide.
